·         Inventory Discussion and get action plan from Plant.

·         Bay Wise/ Product wise Yield Discussion with Plant 

·         Reconciliation of Costing P&L with Accounts .

·         Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c .

·         Freight Gain/Loss Daily/Weekly

·         Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c .

·         Daily Scrap and RM Claim debit note preparation.

·         Revision of Cost when rate increases of Consumables/packing/Tooletc prices n submitting to sales.

·         New Capex -ROI Calculation .

As of September 2019, Lenskart had over stores in 70 cities in India. Its manufacturing facility in Delhi manufactures 300,000 glasses a month Lenskart also has a factory in Zhengzhou (China) which manufactures about 50% of the production
