DESCRIPTION
1. Filing of all
Forms with MCA.
2. Search for
records with MCA as per requirements of the Company.
3. Search for
records with MCA as per requirements of the Company.
4. Providing
required information to other departments, obtaining information from other
departments, sharing required information with secretarial/ statutory auditors
auditors.
5. Printing and
scanning of various documents to be shared with regulatory authorities.
6. Maintenance
of documents viz. collecting, filing of documents required for Board/ Committee
meetings Agenda packs.
7. Uploading of
Board/ Committee Meeting agenda through Me2G software.
8. Supportive
role in the Secretarial team viz. follow-up for agenda, documents wrt Board/
Committee Meetings and General Meetings and maintaining Minutes thereof
9. Readying
Notices/ other statutory documents for uploading on website .
