Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is an Indian consumer goods company headquartered in Mumbai, India. It is a subsidiary of Unilever, an Anglo-Dutch company. Its products include foods, beverages, cleaning agents, personal care products, water purifiers and other fast-moving consumer goods.

HUL was established in 1931 as Hindustan Vanaspati Manufacturing Co. and following a merger of constituent groups in 1956, it was renamed Hindustan Lever Limited. The company was renamed in June 2007 as Hindustan Unilever Limited.

As of 2019 Hindustan Unilever's portfolio had 35 product brands in 20 categories. The company has 18,000 employees and clocked sales of ₹34,619 crores in FY2017–18.

In December 2018, HUL announced its acquisition of GlaxoSmithkline's India business for $3.8 billion in an all equity merger deal with a 1:4.39 ratio. However the integration of GSK's 3,800 employees remained uncertain as HUL stated there was no clause for retention of employees in the deal. In April 2020, HUL completed its merger with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSKCH India) after completing all legal procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION



·         Rigorous and challenging scrutiny over costs and benefits, and interventions on project performance

·         Financial lead on contract negotiations development with 3rd parties

·         Lead financial business case development, scenario modelling, including treasury and tax considerations.

·         Point of contact for Employee experience Leadership team ensuring ongoing performance management and target delivery as well as identifying and delivering value opportunities.

·         Monthly performance management cycle

·         Quarterly forecast cycle and resultant gap closing activity.

·         Support of Annual / multi-year financial framework

·         Business Partnering with regional RE Leads for upcoming transactions and market trends.

·         Presenting to senior stakeholders on strategic business cases.

·         Analysis of PMU of leasing trends.

·         Supporting on PMU implementation of project journeys (Employee Experience and Project Evolution)
