Granules India Limited is an Indian pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, India. Granules manufactures several off-patent drugs, including Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Metformin and Guaifenesin, on a large scale for customers in the regulated and rest of the world markets. Granules India Limited entered CRAMS segment, which focuses on contract research and manufacturing.
Granules India was
formed in 1984 as Triton Laboratories. Triton produced Paracetamol API at its
Bonthapally factory on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Triton scientists found a
more efficient way to produce the Paracetamol API, which led to lower capital
and raw material requirements. In 1987, Triton became the only Indian company
aside from Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories to export pharmaceutical products to the
U.S.

DESCRIPTION
·
Provide
support in Preparing Financials statements Quarterly and Annually &
ensuring timely completion of Internal, Statutory & Tax Audits in
compliance with the IND AS.
·
Provide
support in presenting MIS reports and evaluating them for analysing variable
cost. Budget Vs Actual & for analysis of Inventory & Creditors for
working capital management
·
Interfacing
with Statutory Auditors & Internal Auditors for review of Accounts.
·
Preparing
initial clarification for Audit observations and ensuring the compliance as per
final Audit report.
·
Preparation
of Cash Flow Statement, division wise P&L A/c and Cost variance analysis
reporting.
·
Handling
Processing & Recording of all financial transactions and overall management
of accounts related activities including periodic review of trial balance,
monthly/quarterly/yearly finalisation of books of accounts and compliance with
relevant Accounting Standards.
·
Assigned
responsibilities of managing budgets, preparing financial forecast, and
periodic financial information.
·
Preparation
of Month end P&L, variance analysis, financial ratios, and various
productivity sheets.
·
Analysis of
the financial of the Company to ascertain key variance and drivers
·
Coordinating
internally with accounts and finance department for sourcing information for
preparing reports and supporting in solving investor/analyst queries.
·
Perform
comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and
differentiators.
·
Providing
strategic decision support for evaluating potential merger and acquisition,
Capex plans and various strategic actions of the Company.
