JOB DESCRIPTION
·
Required to undertake financial modelling for funding of various
projects and to prepare reports/presentations for the same.
·
Responsible for loan sanction
·
To co-ordinate for Title Opinion, Valuation, Techno-economic Viability
Studies, Due Diligence Exercise, etc
·
Responsible for loan documentation and post sanction compliance
·
Responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within the
real estate segment, followed by structuring and analyzing the gathered data.
·
To maintain databases and assist the manager in operational work.
Minimum Requirement:
·
CA / MBA with Finance as Majors
·
Should have 3 -5 Years of experience after education
·
Must have worked in the field of finance with Real Estate Company/
Consulting firms/NBFC/PE/AIF
