Minova Runaya Private Limited (Minova Runaya) is a joint venture (JV), between Minova and a fast- growing manufacturing start-up, Runaya Metsource.

Minova is a global leader in ground support solutions for underground mining, construction, tunnelling and civil engineering industry sectors and has operations on 5 continents in more than 25 countries.

Runaya Metsource is a fast growing manufacturing start up, which is led by the Vedanta-next generation. The JV combines Runayas project and manufacturing capabilities with Minova’s technical expertise and global reach.

With its facility in Rajasthan, Minova Runaya has started manufacturing and supply of a range of ground support products including rock bolts, resin capsules, injection chemicals, wire mesh & high-quality ventilation systems. These products aim to deliver transformational enhancements in safety standards across mining, infrastructure and tunnelling applications catering to both Indian and global markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

 

·        Analyzing current and past financial data and performance

·        Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis

·        Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation

·        Exploring investment opportunities

·        Establishing and evaluating profit plans

·        Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement

·        Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts

·        Providing financial models and forecasting

Desired Candidate Profile

 

·        Fresher - Chartered Accountant

·        Ability and interest to learn and grow

·        Strategic thinking

·        Great communication skills

·        Exposure to systems and related technologies

·        Strong understanding of Cost accounting

·        Excellent time management and organizational ability
