About The Role

·         Be accountable for the accuracy of the company's financial statements

·         Adhere to financial regulations and legislation as per company policies

·         Maintain accurate financial data across multiple entities

·         Anchor and manage internal and external audits for all group legal entities

·         Manage Tax planning and related compliances - covering both Direct and Indirect Taxes

·         Assess financial risks and effectively communicate potential risks promptly

·         Manage Banking relationships and Accounts payable

 

 

About You

·         A Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of work experience

·         Experience in Internal Audit and Internal Financial Controls.

·         Experience in handling Foreign group entities and Consolidating Financial results, MIS of the group

·         In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

·         Significant experience in working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues

·         Experience with managing a team and delivering on tight deadlines

·         Strong analytical ability with business acumen

·         A critical thinker with a high level of time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail
