DESCRIPTION
Ø Direct and monitor all accounting entries to ensure that they are
in accordance with the accounting standards and comply with all relevant laws.
Ø Responsible for monthly closure of accounts on a timely basis.
Ø Preparation of MIS and variance analysis based on MIS/Budgets and
acting upon the same.
Ø Design and Implement Internal Control Process wherever required
and improve the existing processes.
Ø Dealing with external auditors (Big-4), internal auditors,
investors and external agencies.
Ø Ensure timely statutory compliances
Ø Should be aware of new changes in the statutory laws and ensure
the system in line with the same.
Ø Should have working knowledge of the compliances under the
Companies Act.
Ø Should have working knowledge of labour and allied laws.
Qualifications and Skills
Ø Chartered Accountant with four to five years of overall
experience.
Ø Experience in a manufacturing industry is a must.
Experience in Pharma industry will be an added advantage.
Ø Prior experience of handling Big-4 audit firms.
Ø Should have good knowledge of direct & indirect taxes and
compliances under the Companies act.
Ø Knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
Ø Excellent MS Office skills
Ø Should have experience of leading a team of atleast 15 people
Ø Good oral and written communication skills with good speaking
skills in English and Hindi.
