Mukand Sumi Special Steel Limited and Mukand Sumi Metal Processing Ltd are two joint venture companies between Mukand Ltd of India and Sumitomo Corporation of Japan. Together known as Mukand Sumi, the company is engaged in the business of rolling, finishing and marketing of wire rods, bars, bright bars and wires made from blooms and billets procured exclusively from Mukand Ltd

 

 

The company rolls steel in sizes ranging from 5.5 mm to 160 mm in diameter in supply conditions such as annealed, spheroidised annealed, pickled and phosphated, hardened and tempered. With over 400 grades and specifications, the company offers products such as roller and ball bearing steel, cold heading quality steel, free cutting steel, micro alloyed steel, spring, carbon and alloy steels. These steels are mainly used in automotive and engineering industries for the manufacture of transmission parts, engine components, steering components, bearings, high tensile fasteners, fuel injection systems, braking systems, suspension parts, etc...

EXPERIENCE –4-8 Years

CTC – 6-8 LPA

ROLE - COST ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Statutory Cost Audit of all group companies, wherever applicable.

- Assist organization to improve business processes and reporting, which includes but is not limited to, material variances (MUV), scrap reporting, labor reporting (efficiency), purchase price variance (PPV), absorption and overhead spending (FBV).

- Position requires high energy person to interact with respective departments and estimate product costing.

- Audit and Analysis of balance sheet.

- Coordinate with all departments for maintenance and development of production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other.

- Plant visit for stock control and audit purpose Manage expenditure, credit, payroll and investments.

- Analyzing data collected and recording results Analyzing changes in raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost Analyzing actual service costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner.

- Good spoken and written communication skills.

- SAP FICO working experience is a must.

- Must be from the manufacturing industry
