Job Objective:
Finance Manager for Shared Services (Business
Development and Support) to help streamline and expand our operations through
an effective expansion and stabilization strategy.

Ensuring success of Finance Shared Services (FSS)

Adherence and compliance to SLAs and COA

Drive KPIs and Efficiency

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Supervises team of 12 to 15 associates
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensuring success of
Finance Shared Services (FSS)
a. Building and motivating an efficient team
for transaction processing in FSS
b. Client satisfaction survey
c. Month close within timelines post review
of Opex and Balance Sheet with Business
d. Monthly reporting of P&L, BS, Cash
Flow with narratives
e. Data based decision support financial
analytics
f. Provide support for various audits
(Statutory, Tax, Internal, CAD)
2. Adherence and compliance
to SLAs
a. Timely Customer and Vendor Reconciliations
as per SLA
b. Ensuring Payments are being made on the
basis of Credit Terms post the 3 way match
c. Timely recording of collections and
off-setting as per Business requests
d. Fixed Assets accounting and Master Data
creation for GL, Profit Center, Cost center
e. Workings for various tax return's, their
filling & deposit of tax (GST, SST & Sugar Tax) as per SLA
3. Drive KPIs and
Efficiency
a. Ensuring achievement of SOW KPI & SLA
set for sub-function
b. Circulation of Monthly reports on
processing and other areas of improvement
c. Set-up monthly governance call and have
cadence routines for sub-functions
d. Keep records of work executed as agreed in
respective Statement of Works (SOWs)
4. Internal Controls &
Process Improvement
a. Ensuring compliance and adherence to SPP,
RCM, COA and FRS
b. BSR review routines and ensuring nil
unreconciled items
c. Process Improvements, simplification,
streamlining and identifying opportunities for automation
d. New Process Development / Implementation
e. Improve analytics insights and MIS
